Welcome to Mayfern Homes
Mayfern Homes is a property investment company focused on building a portfolio of homes suitable for families, and for adults with learning disabilities who have additional support needs. We currently own family homes in Peterborough, Corby and Wellingborough but are looking to add properties in the North West to our portfolio. We prioritise inclusivity, comfort, and safety in all our housing projects.
Our range of family-friendly have been specially selected to be close to good or outstanding primary and secondary schools. They are close to shops and transport links and they have gardens and off street parking.
Our supported living homes will be selected to meet the unique needs of our residents, including out side space and adequate parking for support staff.

Investors needed
We want to make a difference in the lives of families, and individuals with additional support needs, and enable them to have a place they can call home. It is our mission to add 10 more properties to our portfolio in 2024/2025. We have the time and teh expertise to do it and are lookiing for people with £50k+ who would like to be part of our mission while receiving a good return on their money.
